This class is all about building real-world strength. Every session is a full-body workout designed to help you get stronger in every movement pattern. Expect to press, pull, hinge, squat, lunge, and crush loaded core work! 🏋🏻‍♂️


🔧 Equipment:

We’ll be using free weights like kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls to push your limits. Each 60-minute class includes a dynamic warm-up and a focused cool-down to maximize your gains and recovery.
